How would you feel if this is the 4th year in a row that it was not celebrated/nothing planned?

Is anyone else feeling pressure do to loads of special things for their babies 1st birthday? Like cake smash etc?? Anyone else just keeping it simple with a little party and maybe a day trip to farm or something on their actual birthday? I even feel like I need to get a special cake made with all personalised things...
