Had my 20 weeks scan (at 24 wks, i had to miss an appointment due to family emergency) and they told me baby has a single umbilical artery and dilation in her right kidney. Anyone else experienced this and can provide insight?

I just got my results from doing my glucose test yesterday and I’m curious if anyone can tell me if this is bad ? I know it’s not in the normal range

25 weeks tomorrow and got some of the best 3D sonograms I've ever seen. At least better than anything I got with my first. I'm so impatient to hold this little cutie!
