I have felt it a few times lately , didn’t think of anything , and then yesterday I came across instagram rill that mentioned cold shoulder as one of many perimenopause symptoms . Has anybody experienced it ? I don’t see waves 😄

I had the pleasure of experiencing hot flashes today and they come with panic attacks and nausea! I thought I was coming down with a sudden flu but the feeling passed. My periods have been coming every two to three weeks this summer too. I feel like I suddenly look much older too. This sucks!
