I'm not from ireland, I moved here from Australia in 2019 and now have a 9 month old and have been super lonely lately, and super anxious any tips?

Hi Chantelle! I have a 9 month old too 😁 maybe see if there are any mum & baby groups around where you are so you can meet some other mums. That really helped me to feel less isolated.
I have and sadly there isn't 😔

Aw I'm sorry. I hope some Cork mums might be able to reach out to you and link in. I find going out for a walk helps my anxiety a lot so maybe that might help you too 😊
