Hi @Nupur , it’s great to hear you are pregnant but I know the negative thoughts can be very difficult to manage. Affirmations can help as a way to try to replace them with more positive thoughts. Or meditations too. Also talking can help, I’m opening up my finally pregnant support group on Tuesday night if you’d like to join? Usually it’s just for members but this week anyone who is finally pregnant can join. Let me know if you would like to join xx
