Constipation after egg collection

I think it’s normal from all of the medication and pain relief! When I had my eggs collected in August it was suggested to me by the nurses to drink lots of electrolyte fluids, high protein and if needed take fybogel to help things move. Yes I did recently after egg collection and had mild OHSS. I took lactulose, drank lots, ate food to encourage me to go! Apparently it’s quite ‘normal’ to get that because of the meds used during collection. Clinic said to contact them if I couldn’t go for a couple of days or whatever isn’t the norm for me. 💞
