Angelcare or schnugle baby bath - please help me decide

We’ve been struggling to decide between these two. I like that Angelcare is more reclined and makes me feel more comfortable that the baby is supported. However, I like that Schnugle bath is an actual bath and can be taken out of the bathroom is needed be. Our bathroom is small and we thought we might try to bathe her in a different room, just take the bath with us. I also don’t like that with angelcare you have to fill up the bath- feels like waste of water for those 5 min of bath time. But then again it makes me feel like it’s somehow safer? Also not sure how the baby would sit up in a schnuggle when they’re newborn? Well a few weeks old as we would wait for 4 weeks before bathing her. What are everyone’s thoughts? Stuck on this for a few weeks now 🙄

I’ve gone for angel care, I like how it reclines so baby isn’t completely laying in the water. To be honest I haven’t really looked at any others so can’t comment but I plan on being in the bath with baby xx

I have both. Schnuggle for new born and also if I end up having c section I highly doubt I’ll want to be leaning over the bath! Then Angelcare when a little bigger x

We had the Schnuggle for our first and we'll use it again this time around, it was great. We now have a bathtub in our new house but still see using this early days as even though I didn't have a c-section first time around I found it helpful to have the bath up high on a countertop or table so you weren't leaning over. x

Have gone for Angelcare as you can fill up bath a bit, or even just keep water coming using a bucket and jug. Early days bath time won't be very long. I like how easy it looks to clean and dry too. Also feel like if I need to bathe baby by myself it will be easier as I can lay them on there with the recline and support. Not sure if you need to keep hold of baby with the Shnuggle (at least in the early days) which could make it trickier. Good luck!

I had a baby bath that could be moved to other rooms with my first as we didn’t have a bath & it was a nightmare having to take it back to empty & killed my back. This time I’ve got the angel care seat as we finally have a bath! I have a 20 month old too so plan on bathing them together if she will let the baby in🤣

I had the shnuggle bath for my son and honestly I found it too upright for him when he was a newborn, the angelcare one you lie them in your bath/shower is better in my opinion because it’s more laid back x

I’m buying both! I think the shnuggle bath will be useful when they are smaller and we can bath him on the kitchen floor. However I think it’ll be nice to have the Angelcare support to use in the big bath too. Newborns / parents are all so different and people don’t get on with the same products. I’ll give both a try and then either sell or store away the one we don’t need x
