Your but crack basically, the line inbetween the 2 sides from your anus to the top of your bum

I had a long line, but I wasn’t as far gone as it is said to indicate. My midwife did mention that she was keeping an eye on it when I was in labour though

Not to be disheartening but I checked on my line around 37 weeks religiously. It suddenly popped up at 38+1. Very thick and long. I then went into hospital a day later. Unsure if contractions or just catches a vomiting bug of my kids. Either way got it checked and was only 2cm bit with strong pains so they kept me in took over 24 hour for baby to come and it didn't open to 8cm until about half an hour before I gave birth. Sorry but I think it's just a myth 🙈
