Diaper blowouts 💩

We’ve always had the pleasure of dealing with the occasional blow out, but recently it’s gotten a lot more frequent, like every other poop is a blowout up his back. Yuck! He’s not sick, could it be a diaper fit issue? Not changing him enough? He have him in huggies size 3 diapers which seem to fit well but clearly this is an issue. It usually happens when he’s sitting, like in a bouncer or stroller, so I’m guessing it’s the pressure from the seat that’s causing it? Anyone have this issue and figure out a solution? I’m so sick of constantly washing baby poop out of onesies!
