A good one for tummy time is getting one of those foil safely blankets and laying baby on it!
Maybe something like this for tummy time might help. TT TUMMYTIMEZ Premium Tummy Time... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08P9VRY18?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share At that age, I incorporated some FaceTime time with family; played with age-appropriate developmental toys (through Lovevery); watched 30-45 minutes of educational content; walk-through talk guided tour of the house—all of this was daily scheduled.
Have you tried or thought about bringing some snow in for your little to play with? Maybe hide something colorful inside of the snow to find :)

My little one is 6 months and loves playing with a foil blanket. Definitely a win!

My little one loves when she’s in bed high chair and I put water and chia seeds on the tray. She slashes and moves the seeds around. Sometimes I add a little oatmeal as well. I love the ziplock trick on the high chair as well. I’ve put a few paint drops in the bag, sometimes I put my rubber hair ties because she’s obsessed with them so if their is anything he really likes that you can put in their that helps. My little is also a huge fan of sitting on boxes so I have put strong lights in the top of one and she has to sit in it and try to reach them, I have also colored the inside of a box and she will just sit and look. Pasta play (supervised of course) is a great one! Also just looking out a window, I put my girl in her high chair, put her by a window. And she is pretty content for 10-20 minutes.
