Anti reflux milk on the go

We’ve just made the switch to anti reflux milk I’m just wondering how to make it on the go? Before the switch LO was on regular Aptamil so we just used the pre-made bottles for out and about. Can you use the nubby rapid cook system? If so how? Thanks in advanced I’m a very confused Ftm xx

I take a flask of boiling water and nuby rapid cool. I put the boiling water in the rapid cool, then put the required amount in the bottle and then add the powder as normal. It is so quick and easy and by not putting the formula in the rapid cool means you don’t have to worry about sterilising it after every use. Xx

Sorry if I’m being dense. Do you put all the water in the rapid cool or do you leave some to do a “hot shot” with the powder while the rapid cool is doing its thing … this is such a mine field haha x

Easiest way I've found is to have two flasks (one boiling water, other cooled boiled water). Add 1/2oz boiled to a bottle, add your powder and shake, then top up to the right amount with the cooled water.

I fill the bottle at home with boiled water with about half the feed (so 3oz if make a 6oz bottle) then take flask of hot boiling water, add the water to the bottle then the formula! :) it's just about the right temperature then for feed :) xx

I have a flask of boiling water and pour the required amount of water into the bottle, then I pour it from the bottle into the rapid cool and leave about 2oz still in the bottle and add the powder to that water and shake to kill the bacteria then add the remaining water from the rapid cool into the bottle and the temp is usually perfect
