I HIGHLY recommend Dr.Shulina of Mt.Sinai West! She is just amazing and one of the best doctors I’ve ever had

Which borough?

Manhattan - I’m on the east side

Not sure of anyone specific but folks affiliated with Weill Cornell seem great!

Upper East side lenox.hill ! Around 77th and lex so many ob's there

Weill cornell is the best !! Well In. My opinion I went to Montefiore wow the worst experience they seem very incompetent and slow to get things done but I gave birth at nyp Weill cornell in the past and I will again . Its In Manhatten and worth the commute. i feel so comfortable and relaxed there

@Fatima I agree!!

@Joy when you delivered did they have the new maternity and newborn building with private rooms? I am in between cornell and NYU. I’m right next to NYU but I’m hearing great things about cornell

1060 Obgyn was amazing for me!! They have a few locations too

What borough are you located in?

Dr Fridel, Weil Cornell, she is the best

Also recommend any Weil Cornell obgyn. Their L&D is top notch

I delivered at Weill Cornell about a year ago with Dr. Silvestre. Their new building is only 2 years old - Alexandra Cohen Hospital for Women and Newborns. Private room, free classes, lactation consultant, room service included. Their nurses are the BEST! That’s who you’ll be dealing with most of the time really. They accept transfers up to 20 weeks, or after if it’s a high risk. I was a new mom and originally went with a doctor that delivered in Mt. Sinai, but after doing research, I transferred. So glad I did. I realized early on that the hospital was way more important that even OB, since chances are your OB won’t even be on duty, when you go into labor. Private room was really the deciding factor. Mt. Sinai charges $900 cash, if the rooms are even available. I cannot even imagine having another family in there with us. My husband had a comfortable sofa to sleep on. If we delivered anywhere else, he wouldn’t have been able to stay with us. Please DM me if you have q’s (I got pics 😬)

Dr. Aziz in Morgan Stanley Children’s hospital which is part of New York Presbyterian. She mainly sees high risk patients but made an exception with me— I really like her!

weill cornell NYP 505 east 70th St!

@Lydia they are the best I was there a few times with my last pregnancy and they actually helped me through a lot while going through what I was going through i highly recommend them

@Lydia I gave birth in 2020 just right b4 they switched buildings . So now labour and delivery is across the street at JHK building and parking as well is cheaper there just FYI. But yes everyone has private rooms now . you will love it there trust me ❤️

Thank you all so so much this is so helpful!!!
