Using and Sterilising Dummies!

FTM question here 🤣 I want to try my little girl with a dummy to soothe herself as she is super fussy and is trying to suck her thumb at the moment. I have a selection of Bibs dummies that I am yet to use. Can anyone let me know how they sterilise dummies? I have a UV steriliser for bottles and pump parts and it says this isn’t recommended? How often do you sterilise them and also when do you give baby the dummy? Thank you! Xx

You can get dummy’s which come in little plastic boxes which can they can be sterilised in. Put some water in and pop in the microwave

Have a read of your dummies. The MAM dummies and some of the tommee tipee ones have the boxes that you can put in the microwave. We also have the Milton ball dummy steriliser for out and about. It's really great.

MAM dummies come in a self sterilising box. I, however use our Milton cold water steriliser. My mum likes to remind me she used to boil everything to sterilise. Not sure what the advise is on that atm lol.
