I’m using Evite! I like that it has free options for designs but also has an option to upload your own digital invitation. I purchased a digital invitation on Etsy to match my theme, uploaded to Evite and then just added phone numbers/email addresses to send to guests. Also, has option to multiple registry sites.

I used https://rsvpify.com and it worked great for guests. I turned my link into a QR code as well that my sister had printed on the invitation
