Aptamil or Kendamil please?

Hi everyone, baby is currently 3 weeks old and has colic/constipation so a double whammy! We’ve been feeding him Aptamil formula and I have tried to express and give him a bottle of breast milk every day/every other day (I only express an oz from both breasts combined each time I pump :( ) I would love to hear your opinions on what formula you use please, especially if your little ones have the same issues. Not sure if we should look to switch to try and help him or if we should stick with Aptamil. We are also going to see a cranial osteopath soon to try and help! Thanks in advance!

My little one had colic and constipation and Kendamil Organic was a game changer for us!

I use kendamil for my LO and she’s never had a problem with constipation, she’s now 5 months old. She had colic from around 2-3 weeks old but I switched bottles from MAM to Dr Brown bottles and stopped using the prep machine to make up her milk (I found it created a lot of air bubbles) and started making my bottles the fridge method and she has been great since around 5 weeks and no problem with colic since either!

Kendamil! Suffered badly with colic with aptamil however, every baby is different

Defo Kendamil, tried Aptamil for the first few weeks and my daughter had really bad colic and stomach problems. Switched to Kenamil and she was like a different baby 😀

The osteopath was a game changer for us!! He was worse for 2 days after and has been so settled since 🥳

Kendamil has been amazing for my son

Kendamil did not agree with my little one made reflux and wind worse , now on aptamil and thriving x Every little one is different 🙂

Have/are you using MAM bottles? They are great anti-colic and self sterilise in the microwave :)

We combi fed breast and Kendamil before fully transferring to solely Kendamil at 16 weeks. Never had any problems and my boy loves it.

I changed to Aptamil anti reflux and he’s like a new baby x
