Sneak peek gender reveals?

I had an early gender scran from 12 weeks. I’d wait then as there not always accurate, I know my friend had one and she turned out to have a boy not a girl like it came back as. But definitely would go to a private scan and have one done. X

@Neena no unfortunately! The midwife won’t see me til 7 weeks + so hopefully over the next couple of weeks I’ll be booking that appointment with her

@Neena i never had the blood test for this I had a scan which told me the results.

I know of sooo many people that have used this site and others that literally have had it wrong.. I don’t trust them at all x

Hi! I did this test, just for a bit of fun. I asked for test for my birthday. I did it at 7 weeks and came back boy. I washed my hands about 10 times thoroughly everywhere 😅 make sure every surface was cleaned and no men in the house. Turns out we are having little girl 🤣 I heard many people getting accurate results, but not for us it seems. However, they do offer refund if results are not accurate (when baby is born, so you have sex stated on birth certificate) :) xx

I did both the NIPT and the sneak peak! The NIPT is great because it tests for genetic disorders as well as gender but it can also be super expensive and insurance doesn’t always cover it. Sneak peak was pretty easy, I had my mom help me because I don’t have the willpower to prick my finger myself lol and you can’t have any males around you when you do the test because it risks contaminating the sample with a Y chromosome. It took about 2-3 weeks for my sneak peak results to come back and they were right :) I found out about my NIPT a week or 2 after I got my results for sneak peak. Sneak peak also has a money back guarantee if they’re wrong about the gender, but you have to wait until after your child is born to prove that they were wrong about the gender.

@Megan same here! We did it just for fun and we went to a baby imaging place my OBGYN suggested and there wasn’t any other males there but was another mom getting her blood drawn for the gender and we got boy. It wasn’t until I believe 25 weeks pregnant for a scan the tech just casually said there’s your girl! And I’m like wait what 😅 the results came fast ish but was not accurate at all.

It seems like a lot of people have got the result of ‘boy!’ Probably won’t work for us as we have 12 male animals, 2 sons and my partner! 😂
