What should I expect from health visitor visit
This is my first baby and have been told it’s normal to have health visitor but what should I be prepared for? Is she going to look round the entire house or is it more of a question and answer thing.

Aww okay this is my first visit apparently they come before the baby born 28-36weeks. Just a bit stressed now I’m 33 weeks and the house is not all sorted yet
Try not to worry, she asked me "Do you want me to check on my next visit" (which was after the baby was born) and I said yes as I hadn't sorted the nursey out yet but when she came she didn't mention it. They're more interested in where the baby will be sleeping and if it's safe sleeping.

Mine said its protocol to look around the house and she would on her next visit but she never did, they just check baby's weight and looks them over and asks a few questions and gives you advice, if all is OK they tend to be around 20mins, I would say. The one before the baby is born is just really an introduction, nothing to worry about x
