@Rachael that’s what I thought I’m shock that he still thinks it just gluten intolerance.
I hear ya, and it could be you are catching it early. Maybe you didn’t have a lot of damage. I guess the end result is the same- you can’t have gluten. We caught my daughter early and she was able to repair her intestines enough to have dairy again after about six months and we are so thankful because some people can’t ever get to that point.

I was diagnosed with negative blood work because I have a family member with it, and any time I'm exposed to gluten through food I get 3-5 ulcers in my mouth. That set me apart from just intolerance. I also had slightly elevated autoimmune markers but was negative for the celiac specific testing.
Something that impacts the blood work is the amount of gluten you have been eating. If you have already been avoiding gluten it can make it negative. The endoscopy is the definitive proof though because they can see if there is damage to the intestinal villi.
