I have 1 pack of Lansinoh disposable breast pads, not sure how many are in there and 2 packs of the Frida Mom Maternity Frida Mom Boyshort Disposable Postpartum underwear. 8 in each pack. I think I got the disposable underwear from amazon and my mom got me the breast pads from boots. Xx

For the pads, the thicker the better...not a time for discretion..you've reached your comfort era! The best ones I've found were the boots maternity pads. Long, soft and thick. 2 packs of 10 for your hospital bag and 1 or 2 packs at home for when you get back. You bleed most straight after birth so need to change quite frequently. Can bleed for up to 6 weeks but not as much. So you can buy more once you're home. The disposable Knickers I didn't get on with at all. But again can buy these in boots if you do want them. I just bought massive black cotton pants from Primark and chucked the ones i used at hospital and washed the rest, they worked really well for the first few weeks. Breast pads..they come on massive boxes. I'd take out 10 pads and pack those in bag...5 for each side. You shouldn't be leaking that much pre baby...but boy once the milk comes in a few days after birth did I know about it! 🤣🤣

I've got a mixture of the boots organic cotton maternity pads which I used last time and loved (so soft on the delicate region after birth!) and I've read lots of people recommend the lilettes maternity pads too so got some of them to try! I have got a couple of packs of the always discrete boutique disposable pants to use in the early days/nights. I tried the boots own brand maternity disposable pants but found they were practically cutting off my circulation around my thighs even when I sized up! They might be OK if you have slimmer thighs than me though (which won't be hard tbh 🤣) As others have said I'd get some breast pads, even if you aren't planning on breastfeeding as your milk will probably still come in regardless! The lansinoh ones are slightly more expensive but I found they had the strongest sticky pads, I tried asda and boots own brand and they moved around too much! X

I've gone for Frida Disposable pants and Liliets pads. I also bought some reusable period underwear. Wuka does a postpartum set of 4, which can be worn from 2/3 weeks after birth: https://wuka.co.uk/search?q=postpartum*&type=product%2carticle%2cpage

Lansinoh or Tesco ultra breast pads I found best. Unless you want a reusable ones? Then any bamboo ones will do the job :) I wouldn't fit any disposable underwear the first time plus had emergency C-section so they would all irritate my scar. I'm opting for lil-lets or Asda maternity pads this time around

I'm getting the ones from Tesco no idea what they're like though 😅

I used asda own brand Maternity pads last time but have bought tesck this time as had bigger sized packs! I've got 2 packs of 20, 1 in bag and 1 at home ready and I will top up if I need to. I bled for about 4 weeks last time after birth so will see how it goes this time!
