Cow's milk free baby porridge

Hi, ladies! Those of who who's little ones has/had cow's milk allergy, what baby porridge did you use? My little one is on a prescription formula for cow's milk allergy. I've gone through I think all the baby porridges available in supermarkets, and all of them have dairy/milk. Also, anyone can advice on dairy free pouches. I feel like the choice is so little, yet I want her to variety of foods. I know there are lots of veggies/fruits available, but I'm more after pouches such as beef lasagna, cheesy bake etc, just dairy free. Thank you in advance.

Hiya, I just bought normal porridge oats and mixed with either breast milk or oat milk x

There are loads of dairy free ones, we used various cow & Gate's, Organix, Aptamil porridges etc (it's mainly the fruity ones) or just regular porridge. As long as the ingredients list doesn't state dairy in any shape or form, then they're usually good. Don't limit yourself to only things that are dairy-free and also don't have a 'may contain' label. This label is not a legal requirement. Many things may be may contain but don't state and others may state but have next to no risk of actually containing dairy. All this means is that the product has been made in an environment that handles dairy as well. It's not an ingredient of the recipe but it MAY have gotten it during manufacturing or packaging as something with dairy was handled by the machine before. If you have dairy in your home, then everything there is 'may contain'. My son switched to Pepti at 7 weeks, he's 15 months now, and we've only had cross contamination once at a restaurant.

Ella's Kitchen, Tesco's own, Asda's own, Heinz, basically all the pouch brands have some dairyfree ones you just have to check the back of each and every one of them as many won't specifically state that they're dairy-free x

Blended normal oats. With water.
