How do you manage super oily hair during pregnancy??

Hey y'all. I have oily hair naturally, right? Well since I've been pregnant, I have to wash my hair twice a day just so that it stays dry and oil free. I'm a server and I feel that my hair affects my tips after a few hours because I think it makes me look dirty. Any advice??

I used to have oily hair as a teenager, and would wash it all the time because I was embarrassed. If you wash it less, you will actually be less oily. I wash my hair once a week now (mostly because I have no energy with a toddler) and my hair isn’t even oily when I wash it. It’s your body balancing your skin. You strip oils from your skin and hair, it creates more. I’d try going to every other day for a while and just wearing your hair in a tight bun. Sometimes I’d use a little gel when putting my hair up, so that would kind of hide the oil.

You could try rinsing with apple cider vinegar and brushing some cornstarch or baking powder through it after it dries? Over washing can make the oiliness worse

I use a natural dry shampoo. In a little container put a table spoon of cornstarch and a tea spoon of cinnamon (I use cinnamon because my hair is kind of red) I apply it to my hair using a blush brush. I saw it in YouTube. https://youtube.com/shorts/keE-XUnZdSg?feature=shared Works 💯 %
