Olbas oil

You can put some on a tissue and leave it near her cot/crib. That’s what I do

I’ve used it when she was like 4 months old, I filled a bowl with hot water and dropped some in there and left it by her cot while she slept

Have you tried the Calpol plug ins? We swear by those.

I have this problem at the moment and put olbas oil in hot water but also bought sterimar salt nasal spray and that seems to be working better than anything else.

Second the calpol plug in. Smells lovely and seems to help little one breathe easier

I use snuffle babe oil in the diffuser and it really helps, similar thing so it probably would help xx

Calpol plug in and sterimar salt spray! Also use a cotton muzzy to wipe nose… softer on their little noses and stops it going red 🥰

Thanks for the recommendations everyone 😊 I got some sterimar and the baby olbas. The calpil plug mainly seems to be lavender and chamomile and I have oil of that blend already that I can try too. Hopefully she'll ease a bit today. She's fine during the day, just bedtime where its upsetting her x
