Interpreting miscarriage testing result

My OB gave me a home collection kit (natera anora) for my miscarriage and we got the results back. It was due to trisomy 11 so thankfully we know it was a chromosomal abnormality and not something else. However, does the “result: abnormal female” mean I was going to have a girl? Or is that just in reference to me as the mother?
