I’m in California but since I just submitted my payments for reimbursement (ours is fortunately covered as a work benefit), I know how much was ultimately billed to insurance. For 1 full round with PGT testing and a modified natural FET, $41,327 was billed to insurance. This includes all appts, work ups, and medications. It can vary depending on clinic that you use.
Also not in NYC but in Kansas City area I paid around $22k for retrieval, meds, genetic testing, and one FET in 2022. It sucks having to pay out of pocket. I'm sure the costs vary widely based on area but people around me sometimes travel to Colorado as there is a clinic there that is cheaper. Maybe an option but adding in travel may wash any savings. Just something to consider.
