@Andrina Im really glad to hear that! I will probably get the covid vaccine just not at the same time. I got the flu/covid vaccine together last year and I didnt like how I felt afterwards, so im doing it separately. Thanks for clearing up my minute of panic 🤣
I would think at most you'll bleed a little more. I was on baby aspirin at the start. I stopped because my blood pressure was trending lower.
Yup. I was on aspirin for most of both of my pregnancies and got both flu and covid vaccines.
My Dr told me to take 2 81mg (baby asprine or low dose asprine) a day and recommended I get the flu shot. I'm a first time mom so I did as she told me to lol. I'm fine, baby is fine. I got a bad cold not long before I got the flu shot. Being pregnant with a lower immune system made the cold suuuuck!!!
Also was on baby aspirin for both pregnancies, got flu shots, and 2 COVID shots during each pregnancy. I was thankful for the vaccines! The lower immune system plus the dangers that COVID or flu can cause baby if you have respiratory issues wasn't worth the risk for me.
I did! Got all the possible covid and flu shots during pregnancy and I did since then too (7 months) without issues
I’m on 2 81 mg for factor five liden gene. Causes me to be more prone to developing blood clots. Been on it about a month now and am 27 weeks I haven’t gotten my flu shot and I won’t be getting the Covid vaccine. I have two doses and ended up with seizures as a side effect have had four in the two years since getting the vaccine
Yes my obgyn recommended it.
Thanks ladies! I went to get my flu shot this morning - no issues. I will be going back for my covid vaccine.
Me! I’m on 2 81mg pills a day, and I was on them with my last pregnancy up until 36 weeks. I also took flu shot last time when I was pregnant and I plan to take it again over the next couple of weeks. I honestly got my Covid vaccines while pregnant as well, they’re all pregnancy safe!
