Fever - what tog sleeping bag?
LO usually sleeps in long sleeve vest, babygrow and 2.5 tog bag. Room is usually around 19 degrees. Tonight he has a fever of 38. I've put him in long sleeve vest, thin pyjamas (no socks) and the 2.5 bag. Should I use a lighter tog bag? Scared he will either be too warm or too cold 😔

Definitely keep the sleep bag off. You want to make sure his fever settles and it won't be able to with all those layers and the sleep bag. If he is too cold he will wake and let you know x
We usually do just a baby grow and 2.5, when my baby was recently poorly with a fever he was too hot so we replaced the 2.5 with a 1 tog and this did the trick it was cold in the house but he was very warm x
