tommee tippee prep machine
prep machine saying fill tank with cold water which i have done but the water isnt going down and still saying fill tank? anyone had this problem and know how to fix it?

@Kayleigh yeah we only just changed it the other day, it usually takes that long for us too but this has been hours now that its not moved 🤔
That’s so weird!! I have no idea then I’m afraid 😭 my initial thought was have you pushed the filter in too far and it’s blocked but if it’s been a few days and only just happening I’m at a loss to what to do! Google says to check there are no air bubbles inside the filter stopping it from going through. That’s my best I’m afraid lol
Mine done that once I had to empty the water manually tipping it out and then take the filter out not sure why it happened but was ok after xx

Have you changed the filter on it or anything? It’s super slow at going through when you initially add the water in - mine takes around 30 mins to go through the filter
