Abnormal/irregular shaped gestational sac

Anyone else got a gestastional sac that is teardrop like in shape but pregnancy progressed? I heard that irregular/abnormal shaped gestational sac is a concern for a failing pregnancy. Though the shape of my gestational sac is not interpreted in my ultrasound, I getting a bit worried. Here’s the picture of my scan. I googled and said “The gestational sac should normally be round or oval. An irregular gestational sac with angulations or teardrop shape is associated with a poor prognosis” I am due for another ultrasound in 1 week for viability because they didn’t see an embryo yet on this one because it’s too early.
