Window to the womb - Post Scan code

@Lianne how long should it take and would the email be window to the womb? X

Check your junk file as they should send it straight after your scan

They gave us 2 printed out scan photos and wrote the code on the envelope x

Yeah they wrote our code down for us but they hid our gender photos from us under a different code. They said to email when we wanted it so I’m sure they’ll help via email.

We had the scan last week and no email 😢

I had to ring up as the code I was given through email didn’t work and she just issued me a new code- I’m sure if you ring and tell them who you are when you visited etc they can still issue a new code

I got given a little leaflet with the code on it right after our scan. The app takes a while to refresh but definitely call them as your code would have been available immediately after your scan xx

I needed to call them for the email and the code as they forgot to send it out to me 😅🤷🏼‍♀️

@Lianne i have done xx apparently it's only for scans after 16 weeks?
