Ectopic due to endo - anyone else?

It’s been rough since my HCG levels never became negative after the ectopic, and with it being over 17 weeks since the methotrexate injections, they decided to do surgery. Had D&C with hysteroscopy and laparoscopy. They removed my right fallopian tube after they found out it was folded over and completely damaged. Found mild to moderate endometriosis which most likely contributed to ectopic. Have follow up appt in 2 weeks 🤞🏻
