Worried tests aren't getting darker

Hi everyone, My anxiety is seriously bad today. Just found out I'm pregnant again. Period was due 15th Jan, took first test 17th morning, super faint line at first I thought it was negative (top test) retested on the 19th afternoon (middle test) and tested today morning (bottom test) my lines are still quite faint. It's making me feel so anxious that they don't seem to be darkening. I should be 4+6 today. Phoned epu this morning, they didn't seem concerned and they told me to contact my GP tomorrow about going on progesterone (due to multiple previous miscarriages) but told I can't be scanned yet as too soon to see anything. Just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience with test lines being faint but had a successful pregnancy. Or did you find that testing in the afternoon's gave a stronger line.

Ask your GP for HCG tests. 2 tests 48 hours apart to make sure it’s doubling but honestly my test strips have been slower to get dark than I expected and yet my hcg was better than my last loss. Progesterone is the only thing that can help prevent a loss at this point so getting on that will be good. It could be that you ovulated a bit later than expected so you aren’t as far along. Water intake and how long it’s been since going to the bathroom all have impact on how concentrated your hcg will be on a test. I’ve been testing (on mom med strips) a couple times a day to help reassure that it isn’t getting lighter. Getting lighter is the biggest indicator.

Personally wouldn’t call that faint x

Hey lovely. I had an early miscarriage and fell pregnant again straight away and I completely understand the anxiety. I tracked my line progress twice a day for weeks. These look good so far! Much darker than my tests were so early on x

I agree with @Ellie It’s not faint, this actually looks good to me!
