I mean they both can be wrong. Especially if you’ve recently had a baby your hormones are all over the place so your period can be weird. Either way Premom it’ll take a while to get more accurate because each period they start to adjust and make it more accurate. So you might need like 6 months logged to be right. And then your body could just change. You could ovulate later than usual which would push back period and all that
I use both 🤷♀️ Flo is only good if you have very regular cycles. If they vary much at all, it doesn’t give accurate estimations of ovulation and period predictions. Premom is more accurate because you’re using the LH strips. I really like Flo for the other features though which is why I use both 💞
I use Kindara, it updates on its own based on information you put in a lot better than when I used Premom. I only use Premom now for reading my ovulation tests.
I would also like to add with my first and second pregnancies I ovulated late both times and didn’t test positive until almost 6 weeks (estimated from first day of last period) but when I went for ultrasounds I was always a week behind what they estimated I was so I was truly 4-5 weeks pregnant before testing positive.
