Natera is a scam

I spent a whole day to get genetic testing done (and an ultrasound I was told I was supposed to have) bc a nurse gave me the wrong imaging place referral, and they referred me to another wrong place that I spent hours at but they do contract with natera. I was on the phone with natera bc they didnt put the registration card or blood draw instructions in the box. And they also kept putting me on hold bc they had no support person who knew what they were doing! I finally started to review natera and found that they scam everyone now and have a ton of issues with their company. I wish I knew to tell my phlebotomist sooner to tell them I was no longer taking their test bc I spent hours waiting and saw their reviews. I finally was able to get my genetic testing done within three minutes after I went back to my doctors office only for them to do the testing themselves when I wanted that in the first place! Needless to say, do not recommend natera. Do invitae genetic testing.
