I've heard of people having 'periods' all throughout their pregnancy, so stranger things have happened! But the only real way to be sure is to keep testing each day to see if the line is getting stronger or fainter. Good luck 🍀
@Tanya I wondered this but was just like a usual period- so strange… Yes thank you I called the GP this morning and they are going to do a blood pregnancy test on Friday for me 🤞 Thank you for your reply
@Yasmin thank you for replying- that’s interesting you have heard that I really wasn’t sure if it’s a myth or not! Will keep testing and got a blood test on Friday now 🤞 thank you again
Please keep us updated. The same thing has happened to me 8 months postpartum and breastfeeding. recently had what I thought was my first period but now getting faint lines on pregnancy tests and haven't BD since 🫣
@Beth ahhh it’s crazy isn’t it? Will definitely keep you posted - and you too!? Hope you also get some answers soon
Just to update, I’m going to the GP for my appointment today but my tests have been getting lighter during the week so must have been a chemical. Good luck on your journies ladies!
Had the blood tests Friday and Monday. Still been bleeding daily. HCP rising but barely by anything so waiting for miscarriage as non viable pregnancy but still testing positive at the moment
I'm so sorry. Mine positive faded really fast, doctors said it was a chemical pregnancy.
Ah so sorry for you too Beth- fingers crossed for the next time ❤️
Hi did you have an update x x
Hi @Raluka - sadly it was a miscarriage in the end. I have been through a full cycle since though and am trying again this month 🤞Hope you are ok and it isn’t something too similar which let you to this post 🙌
Maybe it wasn't a true period but a bleed/implantation bleeding? It's very rare to get a false positive especially not 2. Could you contact the EPU near you to get a scan or something?
