Thyroid medication
Has anyone thyroid medication stopped their period? My dose went from 75mg mon - thurs 100mg Friday - Sunday to 100mg all week and I haven’t got my period for march yet.. could this be down to my medication? It’s never affected it before but I’ve took pregnancy tests and they’ve come back negative which is disheartening when I’ve been trying for a baby for over 2 years now but anyway has anyone’s thyroid medication affected their period???

@K I’m going to take another pregnancy test next week cause that will be the whole month of march they didn’t come and if I don’t get them in April I’ll go back to my doctor to have a chat with her
@Saffy I’ve been on the medication for over a year and it’s never affected my periods before

@K my period has been fine for the last year while on my thyroid tablets they are to bring down my levels and also help with fertility.. up until this month my periods been fine and my doctor wasn’t reassuring yesterday but her test was negative
