Chicco stroller/car seat

Okay after hourssss (days 🥲) of research I think I finally landed on a travel system brand I like but am curious if anyone has any of the Chicco strollers/car seats/travel systems who can give some feedback?! I’m thinking of the Trio or Primo (both Bravo lines). How you like it, how it holds up, things you wish you would have thought of? Reviews are mostly positive but it’s a big investment so would love to hear others experiences. Thank you!

I think I also found this to be my pick as well - Chico Bravo Primo Trio Travel System. Following post to hear feedback!

@Chelsea yes!! It looks great, but I want to know how it holds up or if there are things people wish it had/didn’t have so hopefully we can get some insight!

@Samantha that’s so nice your target has them out!! Love the look of it in person. I saw some vids for how it broke down on YouTube and TikTok - it looks pretty simple!

Okay cool! The car seat locks soooo well in the stroller and it is really easy to navigate

@Samantha yayy that’s so good to know!! I think this is the winner 🫶🏼 I saw on albeebaby it’s an extra 20% off!!

Welp I ordered it!!! I’ll give feedback once it’s all set up 🤞🏼

Yes please!!

Okay girls I have to say, I LOVE IT!!!

I don’t have anything to compare it to but here’s what I noticed right away: 1) It’s pretty intuitive - we set it up looking at the instructions minimally and took about 15 mins and the handles and placement of things make sense. The one thing we had to troubleshoot a little was clicking the car seat in and out of the stroller (but just push down slightly first, then pull the lever, then lift and it’s really smooth and easy!). 2) The wheels are super high quality and seem really durable plus they move and swivel with ease. 3) Collapsing it down and putting back up is easier than I expected!! 4) The car seat is really easy to get on and off the car base and seems super durable and comfy. 5) The handle is adjustable but this stroller when adjusted to the tallest is great for tall people, which is us so that’s nice

If I had to point out any cons it would be: 1) The canopy on the car seat when collapsed kinda gets in the way of the handle when moving it back and forward. 2) Putting the canopy for the stroller onto it is not in the instructions and took us looking at a YouTube vid to figure it out (you just lined up the holes on the stroller with the canopy ones and snap on but it takes some force!!). 3) The storage basket is big length wise, but not super tall. 4) Not a con for us, but collapsed down the stroller isn’t super compact and there’s no way to secure it shut (it does stand on its own when collapsed though without the handle touching the ground so that’s cool!). Overall it seems really sturdy, durable, chic, and I’m really happy with the choice knowing it’s not only functional but safe too 🫶🏼 if you have any questions let me know!!!
