I’d do a kids chapstick, let her own it you know? 😀
Honest brand makeup?
Yeah food colouring or see if there’s like a child friendly lip balm but maybe try to steer her away from make up, say it’s for grown up or something, you don’t want her becoming obsessed with image and make up and ‘looking pretty’ at such a young age.
My little coco my little everything balm seems to be a good one
I agree! I get my daughter chapstick that smells good like cherry or the glossy chapstick that barely stays on for an hour or so before you’re applying more. Because I don’t wear makeup I’m happy but when I do I make sure she doesn’t see me apply it on.
Mines the same age and I got her a set of kids plain lip balms from primark for a couple of quid, they where disney frozen ones you get like 3 in a pack and I’ve had no issues and if she ruins them no big deal.
@Phoebe I think it’s more they just see you doing it and want to copy, just like anything else, hoovering, dusting etc, don’t get me wrong wouldn’t have her wearing eyeshadow or anything but don’t see anything wrong with just a plain chapstick personally.
@Zoe I agree and a plain chapstick is absolutely fine but as long as they know it’s not needed 😊 I think I used mud and grass as lipstick when I was younger but obviously times change 😂
@Phoebe yes I agree as long as it’s just for playtime I think it’s fine. Think we’ve all been there as kids at some point 😂😅 Oh I got into my mums red lipstick when I was about 5 it was everywhere 😅 x
