Low progesterone

For those taking progesterone. Can you tell me if the capsules are the same as the ones given for treating HRT. Utrogestan 100mg ? I'm in the UK and unable to get progesterone but can see I'm able to buy these tablets online (if I tell a white lie and pretend I'm in the menopause) just want to knowif they're the exact same and dosage and of there's any other tablets I need along side. my doctor has confirmed I've got low progesterone and I've had 3 chemicals in recent months.
