Yeah I mean even from 6m plus there is so much controversy around it?!
I’m not sure? I know they’re not supposed to sleep forward facing, but sometimes I’ve been on a walk and he’s fell asleep like that, luckily I wasn’t far away from home so he wasn’t like that for long.
No idea. I’ve been carrying my baby forward facing in carrier since she was 6 months. As soon as they can can hold their heads I didn’t think it was an issue 🤷🏻♀️ I think it’s more to do with healthy positioning for their hips as they develop quickly during the first 6 months. However outward facing certainly isn’t harmful despite the controversy. I def feel like it was comfier wearing her inward facing though. Especially now she’s flinging her legs and arms all over the place when she’s in the thing!
It's really unhealthy for their hips and not only in the Baby Björn but generally because it's like as if they were hanging instead of sitting.
I believe the main concern is their hips but also they can become over stimulated. I think it's mostly about the hips though.
I think they just have to be past a certain age? I started around 6 months old
