Just use compare the market :) I use that for every single insurance I have whether that’s car insurance or travel insurance. I used it when I went to Kos at 18 weeks
I purchased travel insurance for when I go away in July and they said pregnancy doesn't need declaring
I got insurance with Direct Line for my holiday between week 8 and 10 - I was meant to be 29-31 weeks when we bought the insurance but I miscarried. I went with Direct Line as my car insurance was with them so a discount, I didn't need to declare pregnancy (so didn't affect price) but the cover was really good if needed, and we didn't need to declare anything we weren't receiving medical care for including historical medicated depression and hypermobility I manage myself (other insurers asked for historical diagnoses etc). Direct Line were also really quick and efficient when I claimed through them through my car insurance so I assumed travel would be the same xxx
https://www.allianz-assistance.co.uk/travel-insurance/travel-advice-and-news/travelling-whilst-pregnant.html You don’t need to declare pregnancy but not all companies will cover after 32 weeks. Allianz is the only one I found that does, so I’m going with them as I’ll be 32 weeks on the day I return.
Following this as I’m hoping to go to Spain on Tuesday and am 32Weeks. Had a lot of people saying I’m “brave” which is a little unnerving. But we’ve gotta do what’s right for us. Hope you have a lush time and that people answer! 😃
