Combined pill how to use ?!
I’ve just moved from to the combined contraceptive pill and I swear the doctor said to take it for 21 days then have a 4 day break but my mum said it’s a 7 day break and in the leafleft it says 7 too but then google also says you can do 4 day ‘shorter break’ so now I’m just confused haha
The 4 day break is a relatively new way to take the pill :) my doc only started recommending it a couple of years ago. Youre covered for 7 days still, but it’s entirely up to you which you go for :)
