Wear cotton/bamboo natural fibre undies. Go commando at night and at home. Don’t wear tight pants/leggings all the time - let it breathe sometimes, loose pj pants, nighties. Drink lots of water, some cranberry juice maybe 1/2C daily. Probiotics in the form of yogurt, kimchi. And the tampon usage - swap to something more healthy for the vag if you are using tampons they are the worst things we can use for a healthy vagina

I would definitely look at boosting your natural flora, if you can. That means eating probiotic foods, taking supplements to promote healthy bacteria and refraining from things that kill off your microbiome. You may have to add more probiotics to your diet. Drink more water. It may also be the feminine wash you’re using. Are you using toys that can also cause it.
