The story behind Pixar's latest animated feature “Elemental” is a personal one to filmmaker Peter Sohn. The opening shows a family arriving at the fictional port of Elemental City, which closely reflected the immigration story of Sohn's parents from Korea to New York. He was rebellious and went on to follow his own heart!

Alice Lee Roosevelt is a fun rabbit hole to go down, she didn’t do anything specific or super special that really was like one action or mission that changed the world or anything in it, but her stories are absolutely fascinating & she’s definitely rebellious. Idk if she even falls into the 20 year rule thing or not just the first off beat rebellious historical figure I thought off.
