Anyone with a Tesco junior ISA account?

It seems that Tesco Bank is closing and transferring all of its junior ISAs to Barclays at the start of November. I’ve read the letter but I’m not completely with it. I presume we will lose our 4% interest rate and it will become the 2.65% that the Barclays rate offers. Have I misunderstood this? If this is the case, does anyone know of a junior ISA account that offers a more favourable interest rate?
