Switching obgyns:
Today I ended up switching obgyns due to my obgyns rude comments about my body. And just overall he was just very rude to me and has made me cry multiple times. I switched to a different obgyn at the same place. Has anyone done this before? I tried so hard to give my obgyn a chance but today was my last straw. When I called the office I talked to the manager and she said that this isn’t the first time she’s heard complaints about this doctor. I’m a little nervous due to me being 31 weeks and switching to a complete different obgyn. but luckily it’s still the same office.

@Krizia I was just super nervous to do so because of only having 8 weeks left. I’m hoping and praying this one is nicer and actually answers my questions instead of giving me crappy answers and attitude anytime I asked a question. The manager said there is still a chance that if my new doctor is on vacation at the time of my birth that my old doctor could end up being my delivery doctor and I’m really hoping not.
I didn’t switch my doctor with my daughter but I should have. Saw the same two doctors my entire pregnancy got induced and it was a completely different doctor but he was awful

With my daughter I had the same OB for every appointment and when it came down to the day she was born I ended up with some doctor from a totally different practice doing my scheduled C-section I made with my regular OB. Moral of the story shit happens. Normal to feel nervous about switching but at least you are doing it prior to having baby
