Baby swing / vibrating chair recommendations

Expecting my second and one thing I wish I had with my first was some sort of swing or vibrating chair. But there are so many with different functions I don’t know what is the best universal one. The only thing I’m really looking for is one that sits a bit higher up, not like on the floor, so my dog won’t bug the baby. Any recommendations welcome! Thanks!
