Thanks didn't think of that x
I second that, I'm using Flo and it helped me so much as my period used to be so unpredictable. But it gives me a heads up on when I might start and from that moment onwards I just have a pad or a cup in already. On the other hand, I'm sorry you've been shouted at, especially because it's not something we have control over it. Hopefully your day will improve! Grab yourself a treat on your break, you absolutely deserve it!
Is your husband perfect and impeccable? Because Im sure he forgets things too, and doesnt get shouted at😅 I mean as long as there is a solution (washing and changing the sheets) there's no point in getting angry and making you upset
I think your husband needs to understand how this stuff works a little better. It’s not an exact science and he needs to cut you some slack. He didn’t end up covered in blood, or have to clean it up (although I’d still argue neither of those would be offences that require the silent treatment). Take it easy and be kind to yourself. X
Your husband is being way too harsh on you - where's his understanding and empathy? My period is never on the same date each month, sometimes 5 or 6 days earlier/later than the previous month and my partner would never have a go at me for something that is out of my control. I would sit your husband down and ask him to sort his shit out because you should not be treated like that x
Your husband needs to grow up.
Sorry you got shouted out, I also use the Flo app however I don't come on the exact date it just reminds me, however there's been times I've soaked through etc and my husband wouldn't shout, I really hope your day gets better and perhaps when things have cooled off he realises he wasn't very kind and apologises xx
I don't know anyone who hasn't had this happen to them at one point. It happens and he is being totally unfair to you x
Your husband is mean and it's definitely happened to me before too. I use the clue app or you can use Fitbit or Google fit apps too
He give you silent treatment because you got period!? Is not rubbish day is rubbish husband 😑 how many days before your period He expect you to wear pads ? 2-3 ? Most womens has irregular period. Full time job, child , home and you got treatment like that. After giving birth my hubby change my pads he knows how to put tampon he knows what to buy for me during that time. Did he don't know how woman body works ? I'm upset for you 😒
What is your husband 12? Giving you silent treatment cause he was freaked out by a bit of period. I use Apple health on my phone to track periods, gives predicted dates based on your cycles. I think most phones have it. Honestly your husband needs to get a grip and be understanding and supportive cause that’s not it. Happens to all women, I recently ruined a white pair of shorts 😵💫
I'm sorry he shouted at you for something you can't control. If I knew when my period was coming each month it would be a miracle 😅 like others have said, not a rubbish day rubbish husband.
I have the Flo app, but my period sometimes comes on that day, the day before day after I can’t control it. I’ve leaked through my pjs and my sheets many a time and my partner is nothing but supportive, always asks if I’m okay, do i need pain relief as my periods have been terrible from I gave birth two years ago. I feel sometimes men are so uneducated about periods, they really don’t understand, but it’s no excuse for how he treated you! I hope you’re okay ! ❤️
Thanks everyone ☺️ 😘 💓

The main problem you have here is your husband, not your period!! Asshole!
I used to use a tracker app before having my little lady. It used to let me know around the time I would be due on. It may help especially with your busy schedual.
