I’d probably just get maybe a few cute outfits for them to wear and maybe some stuffed animals. Honestly there’s not much they need at that age. Will be better to do a bigger second Christmas the following year when they can enjoy it! I’m supposed to have my c section the week of Christmas, their Christmas present if they are out for Christmas will be me giving them life and breast milk lol
I'm planning on just a little "my first Christmas" teddy, a little soft baby rattle. I have a toddler so with all the changes of new baby around that time my focus is making sure he has a great Christmas and it's not disrupted too much for him. 😀
I am thinking something sentimental that we can keep and a teddy. A bauble or a keepsake of some kind!
I’m only getting baby something so my son doesn’t think baby is left out thinking pram toy, Ollie the owl and some black and white sensory cards maybe a Christmas jelly cat teddy.
@Bailey Breast milk is a beautiful gift 🤍
Soft toy/comforter, sensory toy and a couple of books x
I'm also due on the third. With my first Xmas baby (born December 20th) I got him a nice Xmas outfit and a teddy with a santa hat on. That was it. They literally don't need anything. Family members bought things for when we was a bit older so that he had new toys spaced out throughout the year x
I'm due on the 4th and just going to get the stuff we would have gotten anyway but things she won't be using in the first few weeks, I'm thinking of wrapping...just outfits and bits. But also thinking of the 3 month mark. So playmats, sensory toys, etc. Also when family ask I am saying this, as it won't be long before I need it for her so I may as well utilise Christmas lol
I am due 21st December and my husband and I are going to have a lunch out at the beginning of the month and get our baby a build a bear teddy, come home and put it under the tree ready for our baby’s first Christmas. Won’t be anything he needs!
