You don't mention how old your daughter is. So I am assuming she's still a baby that's not walking. Yeah it can be bonkers. Once she gets to be an inquisitive toddler it will get less lonely cause all toddlers walk up to random people, eavesdrop on conversations, randomly dance and wave at people. For a while any personality of that age is like your extravert side kick. For the baby stages I got through it by experimenting with what she could do - I'd set and adjust the play gym and attach various bits. I would do baby wearing ballet ( there are ones on youtube). I would let her nap on a nursing pillow - got one with a wall by mamacozy - I would draw her or do my long term projects on an ipad. The main thing is I read her aloud anything I wanted to read. It was also easier this second time around because we would just go wherever my school age child needed to go - people just love babies so they are an easy ice breaker.
Do you live somewhere where you can go out for walks and activities ?? I was an avid runner before bub and loved walking and I was out everyday rain or shine when she was a baby. Once bub was 6 months and started interacting I started going to all the activities like library, swimming, baby gyms, playground, exploring. Was still always out. Don't be afraid to venture outside with bub as you might make sone mum friends too plus it's great for bub too and yourself to be outside. There are alpt of free things as well doesn't have to be money involved. I just love the outdoors though so it's easier for me.
@Tatyana /Татьяна Тетяна she is 9 months, I’ve tried baby classes ect we do water babies which we both love, and with my partner also working crazy shifts we hardly see him, we do a lot of activities during the day together I just feel like I’m lacking adultness if you get me 😂
@Lav i live right near a farm so when the weather is nice i will get her in the carrier and take her out, I try get out as much as I can with her, I also love being outdoors but she is so active that keeping her in a buggy even for a walk around a park or in the carrier she just screams she just wants to be on the go which also makes it hard xx
I'm a sahm and it is so lonely always indoors looking at the same 4 walls! I don't have much advice but I'm always here if you need to talk 💕
