I would ask for a few extra blankets to lay out on the floor. And bring a good spray sanitizer for sure.
Hey this may not be much help but how I look at it is that your LO needs to build an immune system. If they don’t get dirty and touch everything like they always do then later down the line they are going to get sick from every somewhat germy place. I’d say just let them crawl on the floor so they can learn. Holding them will only delay walking. Now I’m not saying to let them roll around in mud but for example the floors around your house will never be 100% clean but at least you know you mop so it’s not dirty
At your own house just regularly clean or vacuum your floors once a week. Try zero rez if you really want to deep clean your carpets ( we use them whenever we get a new to us house... Or are preparing to move out of a house) Germs actually are a very good thing.... He definitely doesn't have as much immunity as adults do simply because he has only existed for 13-14 months
So he needs those germs so he doesn't get sick as easily
I agree with the needing germs... but there are germs, and then there is hotel funk. It's not something I would walk on barefoot let alone let my son play on. Hotel floors and fitting room floors are where I draw the line
SAME. & I’m stressing too 😩 Feel free to message me if you ever need to vent!! Cause I totally get it!!! 🙃
Im not an extreme germaphobe but I still don't let my baby or toddler play on the hotel room floors. I ask for a crib or pack a pack n play and bring toys from home so they can play while contained and I don't have to worry about them crawling/playing on the hotel room floor
